Update Day Two
Inauguration completed, now to the serious business of 24 marathons. It may look like a golfing tour of the two finest courses in Scotland but 12 miles of headwind particularly across the bridge came close to the second Tay Bridge disaster. Great to see Lez and Morag and thanks so much to Alistair for joining us. Skies cleared just as we reached the 18th - never thought for a moment they’d allow the Tiger to return to the Old Course and particularly cross the Swilcan stonework. Decent, sore but sound. Bring it on.
