Day Thirteen: Kendal to Lancaster

Morecambe and wiser.

Lessons learned … don’t put the hammer down the evening before for ten km and expect to get away with it the next morning. Brutal first half, but better second across the sumptuous and capacious arc of Morecambe bay. Superb support with Lizzie and Chris utter Trojans.

Now the juice: over halfway. More importantly over halfway to the target. Thanks for all the support. And the donations - keep them coming. Bumper bank holiday crowd tomorrow - game of two halves….
